In the beginning....Being the perfectionist I am that should start at birth but then I would never get this blog going. The beginning is going to start today. I have been struggling with my health but as far as this blog is concerned my journey starts today. I'm not the fattest I've ever been, the skinniest I've ever been or the sickest I've ever been but my journey starts today. I am a member of Weight Watchers and I am a self proclaimed vegan that is fighting her addiction to animal products and diet coke. I weighed in yesterday at 191.6 pounds. That's really depressing because I was down to 180 pounds about a month ago. But I'll get there and this blog is part of my accountability. This picture is me with my granddaughter. Her chubby face is perfect and healthy. I know 'cause she is breast fed by my vegan daughter. My chubby face. Not so much. Hence, my journey that starts today. I'm only 41 years old. I want to live a long and healthy life and go to her baby's wedding.
