Well, I've gained weight since I last wrote. I'm up to 195 pounds. I don't even crave meat any more but it doesn't look like I'll ever give up cheese. I love my creamy soups. I'd probably do better at Weight Watchers if I actually tracked. I don't quit though because I enjoy spending time with my mom on Monday evenings when we go to our weekly meetings. Today we talked about setting goals to meet before Thanksgiving. I'm going to try to track more. I tracked one day last week. I'll aim for 2 days this week. I started a dance class at the local community college in August. I'm not so sure that was a good idea with my Fibromyalgia but it has been interesting. I am definitely capable of more than I thought. Though I am in a lot of pain. I don't know if it's caused by the dance class or stress or just the change of the seasons but the pain has been so bad that I missed a few days of work last week and went to the emergency room. Their solution was narcotics. I don't want to do that. I'm going to go with massage and chiropractic care instead.
